RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

All sales are considered final, with the exception being if you have received a defective product. If this is the case, please note that your items have gone through two quality checks to ensure a smooth process for you! Items damaged after delivery will not be eligible for returns. Items not approved for returns will not be accepted.

Valid Returns will be accepted for store credit only. Please inspect your items within 7 days of receiving them in order to qualify for a return. Product may not already be in your customers possession. Restocking fee of 15% may occur.

Order cancellations are not accepted on pre-orders. Please do not order unless you are sure you need the product. Pre-orders are made to order for you.

Order cancellations for ready to ship items may be accepted on manager's discretion. Eligible cancellations must be within 48 hours of initial order and the order cannot already be processed (meaning it has been pulled from the shelves to get ready for shipment). Not all cancellations with these terms will be accepted.

SUBSCRIPTION BOX TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • By purchasing via our subscription box, you are agreeing to the recurrent billing & auto draft on the 27th of each month. This payment is applied to your order for the following month which will be shipped within the 1st week unless payment or address verification issues arise. (Example: billing occurs on October 27th for your November box, and your order ships in the first week of November.)
  • Order cancellation is allowed up until attempted or successful billing has occurred. There will be no cancellation requests accepted for any box that payment has been completed or attempted already. Your cancellation request will apply towards the next month and all further months after.
  • Subscription boxes and it's contents are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges in any manner.
  • If you are a retailer dropshipping this product and your customer cancels with you but you forgot to cancel with us, the box cannot be canceled after successful or attempted payment. Please reach out immediately after billing and we can insert a new shipping address for you for the box (directly to you or someone else). Should you not reach out in time, the box will be shipped to the original address on file for the order without refund.
  • The Girl Code Box and WLM Wholesale combined are not responsible or liable for any of the following due to the products in any box: offense taken, allergic reactions, illness or hospitalization, inability to use for any reason, dislike, bodily injury, or anything of like. These items are purely for entertainment value only, and we do not guarantee the effectiveness of anything provided.
